Welcome to MeetCloud!

These terms of service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and us, Associated Industries China, Inc., in relation to your use of MeetCloud.

By using MeetCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. MeetCloud Account

    To access the Software, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update any changes.

  2. Intellectual Property Rights in MeetCloud

    MeetCloud and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by us.

    You may not in any way directly or indirectly copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer MeetCloud without our prior written consent.

  3. User Responsibilities in MeetCloud

    You are solely responsible for all your use of MeetCloud.

    You shall not use MeetCloud for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of MeetCloud.

  4. Content in MeetCloud

    When you use MeetCloud, you may upload, submit, store, send, or receive various types of content (“Your Content”).

    You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in Your Content. However, by using MeetCloud, you irrevocably consent and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to access, use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, display of Your Content in connection with the provision of our services on MeetCloud.

    You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to grant us theabove-mentioned license for Your Content. You also agree that you will not upload, submit, or store any content thatinfringes upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any otherproprietary or legal rights.

    We do not claim ownership over any of Your Content, and you are solely responsible for the content you provide. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, or remove Your Content at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

    While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, you acknowledge that any of Your Content you upload, submit, or store through MeetCloud is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to Your Content.

    We may also incorporate certain features that allow you to share Your Content with other users or the public via MeetCloud. You understand that by choosing to share Your Content with others or the public, it may be accessible and viewable by others, and you will take full responsibility for such sharing.

  5. Privacy

    We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is part of and incorporated into these Terms for use of MeetCloud.

    By using MeetCloud, you consent to our collection, use, access and process of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of MeetCloud, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

  7. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to MeetCloud at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.

    Upon termination, your right to use MeetCloud will immediately cease.

  8. Changes to our Services and Termination

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the use of MeetCloud at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

    1. Changes to Features

      We may add, remove, or modify features of MeetCloud in order to improve functionality, address security concerns, or comply with legal requirements. We will strive to notify you in advance of any significant changes to MeetCloud, but we cannot guarantee prior notice in all cases.

    2. Service Suspension

      We may temporarily suspend access to MeetCloud for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide notice when feasible.

    3. Termination by User

      You may choose to terminate your use of MeetCloud at any time. Please note that upon termination, your access to certain features or data within MeetCloud may be restricted or permanently deleted.

    4. Termination by Us

      We may terminate your access to MeetCloud if you violate our terms of service, or engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities.

    5. Consequences of Termination

      Upon termination, any licenses or permissions granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately discontinue all use of MeetCloud.

    6. Data Retention

      Please note that we may retain certain data and content associated with your use of MeetCloud even after termination, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as backup and security.

    We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any modifications or termination of MeetCloud through our website, email, or other communication channels. However, it is your responsibility to regularly check for updates to these Terms and review any notices we provided.
